何者かによって、強化されたデビモンの進化形態。人為的に強化されており、個体の意思までも完全に制御された人造デジモンでもある。顔面を覆うマスクはネオデビモン自体のパワーを制御し、意思をコントロールするために付けられていると言われている。必殺技はデスクロウの強化版『ギルティクロウ』。
