デジタルワールドの天界から追放された魔人型デジモン。沈着冷静なデジモンであるが、とあるデジコアを封印した首飾りの９つの内、１つでも欠けると再び恐ろしいデジモンに変貌すると云われる。必殺技は、その驚くべき超重量級の杖「降妖杖（こうようじょう）」を軽々と回転させて水の竜巻を起こす『降妖杖・渦紋の陣（かもんのじん）』と、杖を叩きつけ大地を砕き激流を放つ『降妖杖・滝の陣（たきのじん）』。また、接近戦においては三日月状の刃を突き刺す『月牙斬（げつがざん）』をもつ。
