悪魔の子供のような姿をした成長期のデジモン。悪戯好きで、相手が困る姿を見るのを楽しみにしている。また、インプモンが現れると、電気製品が一時的におかしくなると言われており、電気製品の画像が乱れたり動かなくなるのはインプモンが悪戯をしたためかもしれない。悪さや意地悪が好きなデジモンだが、決して強い者に媚びへつらうことは無く強い態度で立ち向かう。でも、本当は寂しがりやな一面も持っている。得意技は炎と氷のエレメンタルを召喚する『サモン』。必殺技は、暗黒の炎で敵を攻撃する『ナイト・オブ・ファイアー』。
