有史以前の世界に存在した古代の恐竜のようなデジモン。発達した２本の腕と巨大な尾で全ての物をなぎ倒す。知性もあり、おとなしい性格のため、とても手なづけやすい。そのため、初級テイマーからは重宝がられ、だいじに育てられることが多い。もっとも基本的なデジモンの代表的存在と言えるだろう。必殺技は身体の色と同じ、深紅の炎を吐き出す『ファイアーブレス』。
