Welcome to this week's Pokémon news roundup for October 15, 2026. From major Nintendo Switch 2 physical bundle news to fresh content updates across mobile games and tech accessories, here is everything trainer communities need to know today.
Legends Z-A Switch 2 Bundle and Beats Hardware
The Pokémon Company officially confirmed the October 29 launch of the Pokémon Legends Z-A Nintendo Switch 2 Edition plus Mega Dimension physical bundle. The single game card includes both the enhanced base title and its DLC, alongside a Mystery Gift code for 100 Ultra Balls, though early retailer reports suggest limited physical allocations. In crossover news, Beats launched a global Pokémon Beats Pill Bluetooth speaker featuring custom graphics and decorative charms of Pikachu and 'Mimikyu'.
Mobile Updates Across GO, UNITE, and Masters EX
Pokémon GO launched the Buddy Trek Fall Marathon event running through October 19, bringing Bramblin to the wild, Mega Manectric enhancements with Discharge+, and a route patch that automatically awards 'Zygarde' Cells. Meanwhile, Pokémon UNITE added Jolteon and Flareon in its Vortex of Astral Thunder update with earnable licenses. Over in Pokémon Masters EX, the Midnight Parade event debuted Team Magma's Maxie with Ting-Lu and Team Aqua's Archie with Wo-Chien.
Looking ahead, players should secure pre-orders for the physical Switch 2 bundle while stock remains available at local retailers. Make sure to complete Routes in Pokémon GO to catch Bramblin and stock up on automatic 'Zygarde' Cells, collect your free Jolteon and Flareon licenses in UNITE, and conserve raid passes for the Chandelure Super Mega Raid Day on October 31.
