To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Game Base and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars, except where limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
