全身を超金属のクロンデジゾイドで覆われたシードラモン種の最終形態。このメタルボディーは、あらゆる攻撃を跳ね返す。更に水棲デジモンの中では最速の移動スピードを持っている。メタルシードラモンは水中迎撃用デジモンとして改造された。これにより陸海空全ての迎撃用デジモンが完成した。必殺技は鼻先の砲身から打ち出されるエネルギー砲『アルティメットストリーム』。※メタル系デジモンに使用される金属「クロンデジゾイド」の正式名称は「Chrondigizoit Hybrid Organism合金」略して「CHO－合金」と呼ばれている。クロンデジゾイドはクロンデジゾイトと生物の中間的存在で、生物と一体化することができ、かつクロンデジゾイトの持つ超硬度の硬さと、生物の持つ滑らかさを併せ持っている。
