異種族間の会話を研究するソフト中に発生した独特の信号がデジモン化した、特異な存在の水棲哺乳類型デジモン。行動範囲を海中に限定したことにより、高速での海中移動が可能になった。外見から予想される通り、高度な知能を持っているが、思考形態が複雑すぎ常人には理解しがたい。無益な戦闘を好まない種だが、挑んでくる相手に対しては容赦しない。必殺技は通信手段として口から発する超音波を、最高出力にして発する『シェイキングパルス』である。
