コンピュータのタイマーを司る、時の守護者。コンピュータやネットワーク全ての“時間”と“空間”を管理しており、１９００年～１９９９年の間であれば、自在に時間を進めたり戻したりすることができる。非常に危険で恐ろしい能力を持っているため常に中立の立場を保っており、ワクチン・ウィルス間の争いには関与しない。そのため、もしこの均衡がどちらかに傾いたとき、デジタルワールドは崩壊すると言われている。必殺技は敵の体を流れる“時”を破壊する『クロノブレーカー』。この技で“時”を止められたデジモンは再起することは不可能である。
