You can reveal this card in your hand; add 1 "Dragon Card" card from your Deck to your hand, then discard 1 card. When your opponent activates a monster effect on the field (Quick Effect): You can negate that effect, then if a WATER monster is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn. You can only use each effect of "Evil Dragon Cards - Earth Dragon" once per turn.
